What this site is
Apartment Business Bay is an independent web publication focused on one Dubai neighbourhood: Business Bay. We document every residential and mixed-use tower in the area and write honest, factual guides about what living there is actually like.
We are not a brokerage. We do not have a UAE real-estate licence. We do not sell or rent units. We do not receive commissions from agents or developers. We do not collect leads.
What we do
- Building profiles. A structured page for each Business Bay tower with developer details, completion year, floor count, unit mix, amenities, location and other facts a prospective resident would want to know.
- The blog. Long-form guides, neighbourhood comparisons, and answers to questions Business Bay residents actually ask — written without sales pressure.
How we make money
This site is free to use. We may display advertising (such as Google AdSense) to cover hosting and writing costs. We never sell user data, and we never accept payment to alter the content of a building profile or article.
Editorial principles
- Facts first. Every building profile is checked against multiple sources before publishing.
- Honest tone. If a building has weaknesses, we say so. If it has strengths, we say so. We don't write copy designed to close a sale.
- No hidden agenda. We don't favour one developer over another, and we don't have referral partnerships with any agency.
- Open to corrections. If you spot an error on any page, please tell us — we'll fix it.
